Doing our part – Coronavirus
For the last several months we have been running emergency services only. As of July 27 2020, we are resuming our full schedule and are accepting residential and commercial bookings. We are taking ever precaution possible to ensure safety of our staff and clients -- it's a top priority for us. Here's what we are doing:
- Monitoring of staff health, our technicians will not work under any circumstances if they are ill or traced to contact with a person tested positive for COVID
- Rigorous hand washing protocol before and after each job. Our staff and service vehicles are stocked with sanitizers and gloves.
- Social distancing - forgive us if we smile instead of shaking your hand.
- Regular disinfection of equipment and vehicles.
- Use of PPE including gloves & masks when working in private residences, places of worship, medical clinics, hospitals, extended care and retirement homes.
- We are extending our residential service hours until 9PM and providing limited weekend bookings to accommodate clients who may want to be out of the home during while we perform services.
- Area Rugs. If you prefer cleaning be done outside your home, we are waiving the pickup and delivery charge for area rugs.
